Dr Swati Guleria Shukla was a former Faculty in the area of Business Communication at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. She is UGC-NET qualified and holds a Doctoral degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, India. Dr Swati is also a recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Fellowship of the USA. She has rich experience in teaching communication to both Management and Engineering students. She had conducted several Management Development Program Sessions in the Area of Communication for working professionals of reputed organizations like Geological Survey of India, National Health Mission and Margdarshak Financial Services Ltd. Under administrative roles, she has been the Faculty coordinator of the Foreign Language Teaching Certification Program. She also served as the Chairperson of the International Relations Committee at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. Additionally, she also has contributed to many other committees like the Discipline Committee, Student Affairs Committee, Research Committee, and as a member of the Editorial Team of Management Dynamics, a bi-annual journal of Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow.
