IMT Ghaziabad is looking at experienced academic administrators with a proven track record of spearheading quality assurance initiatives. The role is expected to include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Imbibe and build further on our Learner centric approach
  • Identification and institutionalization of best practices
  • Adoption of quality culture as per global standards
  • Digital transformation of institutional academic quality systems
  • Studying and enabling academic progression
  • Developing appropriate feedback and ‘feed-forward’ mechanisms with institutional stakeholders on quality-related academic processes
  • Implementation and continuous tracking of quality parameters as required by regulatory bodies
  • Developing and implementing a centralized institutional framework to ensure continuous quality improvement leading to working with teams to attain strategic objectives such as Indian/International accreditations and rankings

The successful candidate is expected to have a Doctorate with an impeccable teaching and research footprint.

Research Associate

Role & Responsibilities of Research Associate

  • Ability to initiate leading research in Management Areas
  • Assistance in research and course development
  • Attending the sessions of the faculty with whom you are coordinating
  • Evaluation of answer sheets/projects as assigned
  • Coordination with visiting faculty/guest lectures as per requirement
  • Any other task assigned by the institute

Manager/Senior Manager – Education Quality/Quality Assurance

Role & Responsibilities of Manager/Senior Manager – Education Quality/Quality Assurance

IMT Ghaziabad is seeking experienced candidates who will work closely with the Associate Dean – Education Quality/Quality Assurance in the following areas:

  • Continuously enhancing our Learner Centric Approach
  • Implementation of best practices and academic quality systems
  • Measurement and data analysis of processes; continuous tracking of quality parameters based on regulatory requirements
  • Working closely with Reporting Manager on global and Indian rankings and accreditations

Assistant Manager Admissions

Role & Responsibilities of Assistant Manager Admissions

Responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Looking after entire activities of admission and leads progression from enquiry to final admissions for all programs at IMT Ghaziabad, IMT Nagpur, IMT Hyderabad and IMT Dubai
  2. Tracking leads and proactively communicating to marketing team
  3. Counselling the students via call, email or in person and suggesting the best course for them
  4. Replying to all queries and concerns of prospects on admissions ID and query portal
  5. Updating and maintaining MIS reports
  6. Coordinating with Marketing team to fine tune marketing plans related to admissions and executing them
  7. Handling activities related to online and offline info sessions/webinars for all programs along with activity/marketing manager and coordination with campus admission chairperson for all above 4 IMT campuses and programs.
  8. Managing the admissions and PI process online/offline and all tasks related to the same in coordination with Head Admissions and admission team
  9. Any other special projects as advised by Head Admissions and Marketing

Qualifications, Experience and Competency Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree from a reputed school/university; Masters/ MBA would be an added advantage but not necessary
  2. 5-7 years of experience with education/edutech institutes
  3. Very good written and spoken English and presentation
  4. Effective computer skills and advanced knowledge of MS office excel, access, power point etc is an added advantage
