1. Checking and responding to emails and queries that come to admissions email id
2. Connecting with candidates over call and in person and answering all queries
3. Logistics handling of Admissions process at different venues
4. Paperwork handling of admissions process
5. Admissions page and website updation


1. Minimum Graduate in any disciple, PG or MBA preferred
2. Excellent English Written and Spoken communication skills
3. Computer skills- Intermediate level- Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and data analysis skills

Job Description

Key Result Areas (KRA)

  • Liaising with external agencies (Reputed NGOs and Government Agencies)
  • Visiting them as and when required
  • Communicating through e-mails, phones
  • Cross-checking about students’ visits to field
  • Keeping track of the communication among external agencies and students groups working with them
  • Verifying forms for reimbursement of field visit expenses
  • Sending mails within IMT to students/admin, etc.
  • Maintaining receipts/stocks (say. Mementos)
  • Creating stories for website, social media updates


  • MBA or Masters in Social Sciences


  • Motivation to work on social issues
  • Sincerity and honesty
  • Presentable personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Good writing skills
  • Willingness to go to field, as and when needed
  • Ability to join ASAP


  • Prior experience of working, working with NGOs and/or social issues
  • Experience of writing articles
