Faculty Positions

Applications are invited for the posts of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor in the Area of Marketing Management.

Eligibility Criteria

Associate Professor 
Ph.D. or equivalent in Management or allied area, with a minimum of 5 years of experience of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor, and ability to interact with a diverse student body and executives, and ability to undertake research independently.

Assistant Professor 
Ph.D. or equivalent in Management or allied areas, with at least 3 years of industrial/research/academic experience; and ability to interact with a diverse student body. However, In case of fellow from IIM/IIT or PhD from any reputed university/institute, requirement of 3 years of experience may be waived, and those who are expected to submit thesis within next two months may also apply.

Research Associate

Research Associate Position

Job Description: Provide Research and Operations support to faculty at IMTG. This would involve research work assigned to the candidate about collecting and analysing data. This might also involve helping the faculty in developing and arranging the course pack, and evaluation of students on objective type questions.

The selected candidate will be offered an appointment on contract for a period of two years.

Educational Qualification: The candidate should be a post graduate in any discipline, preferably Economics/Commerce/Management, from a reputed university. Should be fluent in English and advanced skills in MS Office and data management.

Technical skills: Data analysis using advance MS-Excel/Office, Analytical report writing skills, Internet research skills.

Location: IMT Ghaziabad
Salary: Rs 40,000 (All Inclusive) per month

Manager/ Assistant Manager

For Manager - Banking Training & Client Relations

Job Role:  Manager (Banking Training & Client Relations) – Building Client portfolio in BFSI sector and managing training programmes.
Qualification: Graduate/Post-graduate with good verbal and written communication, inter-personal skills, organizational and computer skills, preferably with Banking & Financial Services/Management/Economics background.
Experience: Candidates having experience of 3-4 years of working in Banking & Financial Services organisation will be preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working as a Programme Manager for MDPs (Management Development Programmes) for BFSI Sector
  • Generating and converting leads for new training assignments with respect to domain specific, short term and long term programmes of BFSI Sector
  • Maintaining and developing client relations by serving quality training programmes and providing them adequate solutions
  • Managing, Scheduling, Supervising the training programmes and Supporting other logistics activities.
  • Assessing the impact of Training (Return on Learning) 3 months after the Training for In-company Programmes
  • Organizing marketing activities like online, print media and managing footfalls for converting leads.
  • Media plan and other supporting activities for large conversion of leads and creating awareness
For Manager/ Assistant Manager- Accreditation

Job Requirement: This professional position is responsible for the implementation/coordination of the accreditation process in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. The Accreditation Manager/AM reviews internal institute’s reports to assure quality standards and compliance with accreditation standards.
Job Responsibilities:
• To provide specialist support for the education and standards function, with particular emphasis on all key functions relating to the accreditation and quality standards.
• Manage programme of visits to educational establishments and qualification providers.
• Draft evaluation reports for Institute accreditation processes, tracking and regular follow up with internal stakeholders.
• Providing all Support for accreditation of education programmes and providing expertise and presenting the necessary information.
Skills Required:
• Experience working in an education industry related to similar profile.
• Experience managing and operating audit / quality assurance systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders verbally and in writing.
• Well-developed understanding of higher education frameworks
• Ability to produce high quality written work
• Ability to analysis data and to produce evidenced based arguments

For Manager/ Assistant Manager- Alumni Relations

Job Requirement: This professional position is responsible for the Development of Alumni Relations and other relevant individuals for enhancing the Institute’s Alumni Relations strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
• To determine the Alumni Relations team’s strategic direction and to provide leadership, motivation and support in order to maintain the quality of the team’s output so that the Institute’s objectives are achieved.
• To oversee liaison between the Alumni Relations team members to ensure that there is effective communication with senior colleagues on matters relating to alumni events, alumni group activities, and other communication.
• To create and implement strategies for alumni relations as follows, working with relevant members
• To develop strong student, alumni, staff and other volunteer networks working with key individuals to support and develop strategies for alumni relations activity.
• Plan and coordinate Alumni meets and other events to maintain relations with them to promote actions for placement and regular interactions.
Skills Required:
• Experience working in an education industry related to similar profile.
• Experience in corporate relations handling in education industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive and having good PR skills

For Manager/ Assistant Manager- Executive Education

Job Requirement: This professional position is responsible for the coordinating all activities related to executive education domain and operational management of all functions necessary to the smooth execution of Executive Education programs.

Job Responsibilities:
• Coordination and management of all activities related to executive programs and planning detailed program outline for effective execution.
• Working closely with the faculty members, organizes all program materials for all class participants from program outline to curriculum materials.
• Oversees the support staff within Operations and Production to ensure quality control within scheduled deadlines.
• Manages execution of program surveys, obtaining and evaluating data and creating a feedback process for faculty members and corporate clients to ensure the program is achieving the highest level of quality and effectiveness.
• Assists in program admissions data capturing and follow up and financial reconciliation processes.
• Other responsibilities assigned by the head of the Institute.

• Experience in corporate relations handling in education industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
