Role & Responsibilities of Research Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist faculty with research tasks including literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, and preparing research reports.
- Support faculty members in academic administrative duties.
- Contribute to the overall development and execution of research projects.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Management, Economics, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong academic record.
- A keen interest in academic research and a desire to pursue a PhD in the future (either in India or abroad).
- Proficiency in data analysis and research tools is an added advantage.

AGM – Administration
Role & Responsibilities of AGM – Administration
Job Summary:
The Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Administration is responsible to assist the Chief Administrative Officer in overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the Institute, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, facilities, and services. This role involves supervising administrative staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. He will report to the CAO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations, develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Ensure maintenance and security of the Institute’s facilities, including classrooms, offices, and common areas. Coordinate with external vendors, service providers and internal team for maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee security of the institute.
- Ensure compliance with all institutional policies, government regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Manage the provision of student services, including mess, hostel, transportation, and health services.
- Ensure logistical arrangements are in place for events, including venue setup, catering, and technology.
- Monitor expenditure and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administration, preferably in an educational institution, with at least 15 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the education sector.
