  • Co-chaired and lead a team at IILM to present and organize the 1st International conference on Responsible Management Education & Practice in collaboration with United Nations PRME (Principles for Responsible Management Education), January 9 to January 11, 2014 at the IILM campus in Lodi Road.
  • Understanding Today’s Learners (2014) , presented at the 2014 EFMD annual conference in Vienna, Austria on the theme of The art of teaching and learning held from 15-17 June 2014

Management Development Programs & Training
  • Co-Program Director- Sales Leadership program for General Managers of MSIL-ARENA dealerships. Designed, developed and executed a comprehensive five-day program for GM-Sales. Feb-March 2019.
  • Designed, developed & executed the Leading Customer experience Program (2018) for Quality Mangers of the NEXA channel of Maruti Suzuki Authorized Dealerships. The three day program focusses on customer experience, service quality, service recovery and excellence. Six batches have gone through the program from February 2017- August 2018
  • Designed, developed & executed the Future Leaders Program (2017; 2018): A customised ten day program designed for Hero MotoCorp to develop first-time managers getting into leadership roles from individual contributors roles. Five batches of participants have completed the program.
  • Designed, developed & executed the Service Excellence Program (2017, 2018) for Customer Care Managers of Maruti Suzuki Authorized Dealerships. The three day program focusses on service quality, service recovery and excellence. 6 Batches of participants completed the program.
  • As a consultant with Aon-Hewitt for Assessment & Development Centres conducted various ACs and DCs for JSPL, Jindal Steels, NTPC, Astra Zeneca & Honda Motors to name a few from 2011 and 2013;
  • Trainings for various public sector and govt. organisations including IAS & IPS officers, EIL, BHEL, VV Giri National Labour Institute since 2010 in the areas of managing customers, planning and goal setting, work attitudes & emotional intelligence
  • Trainings and workshops for faculty members as a resource person
    • At IIT Delhi as a part of the Faculty development program on Creating and Institute of Excellence in October 2013 and Feb 2012;
    • at NUEPA as a part of the “Orientation Programme in Leadership Development for Women Administrators in Higher Education” organised by the National University of Education Planning and Administration. (NUEPA) in 2011;
    • Led and organised various programs and meets on campus and with collaborating partners on effective teaching and enhancing learning as a part of the role at IILM.
