Dr. Imran Khan has earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, India. His research focused on customer/brand experience, and customer/consumer engagement. He has published research articles in A* and A category journals, including the International Journal of Hospitality Management, Journal of Travel Research, Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Journal of Brand Management, Journal of Product and Brand Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, among others. His key research interests are customer/brand experience, engagement, corporate social responsibility, and social media marketing.
