Director’s Message

It is a privilege to lead IMT Ghaziabad and a special honour to return to the institution after several years. This role feels like a homecoming, and I am grateful to the IMT community for the warmth, trust, and confidence extended to me. I look forward to shaping the next phase of growth for an institution that holds a deep place in our collective identity.

I take immense pride in the faculty, staff, alumni, and students whose commitment has strengthened IMT’s global standing through AACSB accreditation and recognition in the Financial Times rankings. These milestones reflect not only academic quality but also IMT’s relevance in a rapidly evolving business environment.

As we move ahead, our priority is to ensure that IMT’s programs remain closely aligned with industry needs and emerging career roles. We are transitioning toward a role-driven curriculum, with technology and artificial intelligence integrated across all functional areas. Alongside this, digital transformation and sustainability will continue to shape our academic and research agenda. IMT’s leadership in sustainability education, recognized by AACSB and UN PRME, will remain a defining strength.

Experiential learning, entrepreneurship, global partnerships, and alumni engagement form the foundation of our approach. Our goal is to develop graduates who think critically, act responsibly, and create meaningful impact in industry, entrepreneurship, and society.
