Committed to fostering a profound understanding of sports as a vehicle for personal development, societal harmony, and economic growth, the center serves as a nexus for innovative research and practical applications. Leveraging interdisciplinary approaches, the Sports Research Centre collaborates with prominent organizations such as the All India Football Federation (AIFF) to spearhead grassroots initiatives and shape policies that enhance sports participation and infrastructure across India. Through its dedicated efforts, the center aims to cultivate a robust sports culture, empower athletes, and contribute to the broader discourse on sports’ role in societal transformation.

This annual event serves as a passionate celebration of sportsmanship, fostering a sense of camaraderie among the participants. Apart from the competitive spirit, the assembly provides a distinctive opportunity for athletes to exhibit their talents. Notably, the event has been graced by distinguished sports luminaries such as Mr. Ashok Dhyanchand and Ms. Rachna Govil, both seasoned athletes and Arjuna Awardees, who have admirably represented India on the international stage for numerous years.

CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS

ENHANCING EMPLOYABILITY SKILLS OF SPORTSPERSONS (E2S2)

First of its kind Certificate Program for Enhancing Employability Skills of Sportspersons (E2S2) is now live. The program developed by Dr. Kanishka Pandey aims at making sportspersons more employable to create more job opportunities for them. The program has been designed to provide employers with a trained and skilled Human Resource with requisite soft skills.

GENERAL SPORTS MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP

The Sports Administration program provides an extensive curriculum designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills required for success in the multifaceted sports industry. With specialized modules focusing on Entrepreneurship, Sustainability & Social Responsibility, Marketing, Event and Facility Management, Legal Aspects, and Media, the program offers a comprehensive understanding of various aspects of sports management
