Dr. Warren Stanley Patrick, Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, is an Academician, Consultant, and Executive coach, with demonstrated experience in enhancing leadership and organizational performance. As a Partner at Ryan and Stan Partners LLP, he drives the firm’s research, academics, consulting, and executive coaching (RACE) manifesto. His professional journey, shaped by his Jesuit education, extensive corporate experience, and academic rigor, reflects a rare blend of intellectual depth and pragmatic problem-solving.

Dr. Patrick has over two decades of leadership in Strategic HR and Learning and Development across HSBC, Standard Chartered, Edelweiss, ICICI Bank, and Yes Bank. He has published on employee retention during the Great Resignation and Strategic International HRM in Scopus-indexed journals, including the Journal of Global Mobility, International Journal of Organizational Analysis, Evidence-based HRM, and Management Research Review.

Dr. Patrick serves as ‘Adjunct Associate Professor’ at IMT Ghaziabad and ‘Visiting Faculty’ at IIM Raipur and MDI Gurgaon, teaching core and elective HRM courses. He also coaches C-suite leaders and delivers consulting and corporate training for MNCs as well as private and public sector organizations.

Dr. Patrick holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. He earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Institute of Marketing and Management, New Delhi, and a B.A. (Hons) in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University, following his schooling at St. Xavier’s School, Delhi.
