I am the first Doctoral Graduate of IIM Jammu. During my Ph.D., I have published my research work in two top tier CABS-UK 3*/ABDC A journals (ANOR and IEEETEMS). My thesis work was inclined towards understanding and exploring the role of disruptive technology such as blockchain technology in augmenting resilience of supply chains. Prior to my Ph.D., I finished my MBA programme as the top of the class (Gold Medallist). I also happen to have triple NET qualifications to my name. Currently, I serve as the reviewer in leading O&SCM journals. My research interests are supply chain resilience, disruption risk management and application of Industry 4.0 Technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence in augmenting resilience.
