Dr. Puja Aggarwal Gulati is a Professor in the area of Finance at IMT Ghaziabad. With an experience of exceeding 20 years, she has been actively engaged in teaching, research, and consultancy. She is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has earned a Ph.D. in Mergers & Acquisitions from Thapar University. Also, she is an associate Alumni of Imperial Business School, London.

Her professional accomplishments include the publication of research papers and case studies, focusing on areas such as Stock Markets, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Financial Reporting. As an educator, her teaching interests revolve around subjects including Financial Reporting and Analysis, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Investment Banking.
