Dr. Yadav received her PhD in Psychology from IIT Kanpur. She has around 6 years of teaching and research experience. At IMT, she teaches courses such as Personal Growth Lab, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Leading and Managing Change, and Emotional Intelligence for Leaders. Her research is published in various international journals such as International Journal of Manpower and International Journal of Entrepreneurship and Small Business. She has also presented her research at international conferences such as Academy of Management. Her research interests include Leadership, Quality of life, Contemporary careers, Gender studies, Organizational culture and Positive organizational behavior.
Dr. Yadav is a certified MBTI and FIRO-B practitioner. She also participated in the Wharton Global Faculty Development Program 2021 conducted by The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Extensively involved in industrial consultancies including executive training programs or MDPs, particularly for core sector of Indian economy.
