Brief Profile

Dr. Farhat Haque completed her PhD in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Her doctoral research covered three essays on the significance of leadership in fostering workplace inclusion. Her work highlights the critical role of inclusionary practices in leveraging the benefits of diversity and emphasizes value-based contributions, contributive justice, and equitable opportunities in the workplace.

She has published in reputed journals listed in the ABDC and ABS rankings. Committed to producing impactful studies in the business and management domain, she actively participates in academic conferences and workshops to stay engaged with contemporary developments in her field. Notably, she attended the prestigious Academy of Management Annual Meeting held in Chicago, where she received valuable feedback from renowned scholars. Dr. Haque was also awarded the Best Presenter Award at the International Conference on Economics, Business & Finance, hosted by Selçuk Üniversitesi, Indonesia (hybrid mode). She has qualified for the UGC-NET in HRM and is an active member of the Academy of Management. Internationally, she has served as a resource person for the Bank Accounting Course at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, Indonesia. During her doctoral journey at XLRI, she contributed as a teaching assistant for courses such as Human Resource Planning and Behavioural Economics.
