Dr. Dindayal Agrawal works as an Assistant Professor in the area of Operations Management at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. He holds a PhD from the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India. He also holds an MTech degree in Industrial Engineering from same institute. His academic journey commenced with a BTech in Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Agrawal’s teaching expertise spans diverse programs, including executive batches and regular PGDM programs. He is passionate about courses like operations management, service operations management, prescriptive analytics utilizing optimization techniques, supply chain management, quantitative techniques, multi-criteria decision-making, data analytics, and visualization tools. Dr. Agrawal’s research interests encompass Supply Chain Network Design and Modeling, Sustainability, Circular Supply Chain, and Multi-Criteria Decision Making. As an academic, he explores these areas to contribute valuable insights to the field of operations management and sustainable business practices. His notable research contributions have been featured in esteemed international journals such as Annals of Operations Research, Business Strategy and Environment, Computers and Industrial Engineering, Global Journal of Flexible Systems Management, International Journal of Logistics Management, and Industrial Management & Data Systems. He has also showcased his research findings at various international conferences in the USA and India. Dr. Dindayal Agrawal also holds the position of Associate Editor at Paradigm Journal. Additionally, he has been actively involved in many institutional development initiatives. As a core team member of the LLPA (Lifelong Learning Program for Alumni) at IMT, he contributed significantly to its implementation and success.
