International Relations Committee

International Relations Committee (IRC) at IMT Ghaziabad is dedicated to enhancing global exposure through diverse international programs. With partnerships with 50 universities across 26 countries, the IRC provides students unique cross-cultural experiences that significantly enrich their professional journeys.

In addition to facilitating outbound and inbound student experiences, IRC promotes collaborative research, workshops, and guest lectures, ensuring students stay aligned with industry trends. The committee also supports international students’ transition through cultural immersion and academic assistance. By hosting over 550 international students and assisting over 600 outbound students, IRC fosters global understanding, preparing IMT Ghaziabad students to navigate the dynamic challenges of the worldwide business landscape.

The following are some of the initiatives undertaken by the International Relations Committee:
Faculty Exchanges: The Faculty Exchange Program at IMT Ghaziabad partners with international institutions like IESEG, a renowned French business school, to facilitate knowledge exchange. This initiative enables faculty members to engage in academic and cultural immersion, benefiting both institutions through collaborative research, innovative teaching methods, and global perspectives.

International Immersion Programs: The International Student Exchange Program at IMT Ghaziabad, overseen by the International Relations Centre, offers students the opportunity to gain valuable global exposure by collaborating with esteemed institutions such as Alba Graduate Business School in Greece and HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in Germany. These programs combine cultural immersion, academic learning, and personal development, equipping students with a deeper understanding of global business.

COSMOS: A premier event at IMT Ghaziabad designed to challenge intellect, foster collaboration, and create lasting connections. Featuring stimulating activities that test wit and problem-solving skills, the highlight is the “Enigma Expedition,” a treasure hunt where participants decipher clues in search of hidden rewards.
In conclusion, student and faculty exchanges, International Immersion Programs, and Short-Term Exchange Programs (STEP) enrich students’ understanding of global management education. These experiences foster cultural awareness and collaboration, equipping students to succeed in the international business landscape and shaping them into globally-minded professionals.
