Brief Profile

Completed her Ph.D. in March 2024 from Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon. Her thesis and research interests include the study of vulnerable consumers, diversity and inclusion in the marketplace, and minority consumer behaviour. She has multiple ABDC publications to her name in journals like: Journal of Services Marketing, Journal of Consumer Behaviour, Journal of International Consumer Marketing, Australian Journal of Management, Management Research Review, and Asia Pacific Journal of Information Systems. Apart from this, she has also published a case with Ivey. She is passionate about her research and is vocal about the exclusionary practices. She aims to contribute to reduce the gap between academics, practice & society with her teaching activities, research aptitude and administrative responsibilities.
