Dr. Bindu Gupta has a Ph.D. in Psychology from IIT Kanpur, India. She has nearly 20 years of experience in teaching, research, and training. She teaches organizational behavior, Cross-cultural skills for managers, performance management, and managing a high-performance team, and conduct sessions on personal growth. She has authored various papers that appeared in reputed national and international journals. She also has been the editors of two books on creativity and innovation and two books in cases of management.  She has organized International conferences and presented papers at national and international conferences. She has been on the editorial and reviewer board of international Journals and conferences.  Being a psychologist, she has a keen interest and expertise in assessing and understanding individuals. She is a qualified trainer of MBTI Step 1 & Step II and FIRO-B and completed Brain-based coaching certification from Neuro leadership institute. She has coordinated and conducted training programs for reputed organizations such as MSIL, Magicbricks.com,  NHPC, NTPC,  ONGC, CSIR, Indian Postal Academy (national and international participants). She is actively involved in academic administration, and at present, she is coordinator -AACSB accreditation at IMT Ghaziabad.
