Application Form
1. When does the application form open?
The application form for IMT Common Admissions 2025 is currently open. To fill out the application formclick here.
2. Do we need to fill out a separate form for all three campuses of IMT?
No, there is a single application form for all the Institute of Management Technology (IMT) campuses, including Ghaziabad, Nagpur, and Hyderabad. Applicants must specify the campus preferences in the form.
3. For which programs can I apply through this form?
The application is open for two-year PGDM programs. You can apply to the below programs for the respective campus.

4. If I have made any mistake(s) while applying at IMT, can I make changes later to rectify them?
You can revise your application details, except for the candidate’s name, by logging into the IMT Admissions Portal.
5. Can we change the preference of specialization after submitting the form?
The form edit option is available for a limited time, allowing you to change the form within a specific period.
6. How do I make the application fee payment?
The application processing fee is INR 3500 plus applicable bank charges. You can pay the application fees online through the admission portal using the following: Net Banking; Debit / Credit Card; UPI
7. What is the refund policy for the application fees?
The application fee is non-refundable.
8. Which test is applicable for applying to IMT?
CAT (2024)/ XAT (2025)/ GMAT (January 1, 2021 – 26th Jan 2025) for IMT Ghaziabad / IMT Hyderabad / & IMT Nagpur*The CMAT test is applicable only to the IMT Nagpur campus.
9. How do we submit copies of CAT, XAT, CMAT, and GMAT scores?
After submitting the test scores on the portal, IMT will verify the scores for CAT 2024 and XAT 2025 from the testing agencies. GMAT scores must be officially sent through GMAC to IMT by January 26, 2025. CMAT 2025 scores should be submitted directly to the IMT Admissions Portal.
10. Can I fill in multiple applications and appear more than once in the selection process?
No, participating in the IMT selection process multiple times is not permitted and is considered fraudulent. Your identification document will be scrutinized during the selection process and final registration to confirm this.
11. Is it necessary to have work experience to apply for the programme?
No, work experience is not mandatory to apply to the program.

Admissions
1. When is the interview conducted for IMT?
The personal interview process is tentatively conducted in February and March.
2. Will the interview be offline this year?
Yes, IMT will conduct offline interviews across India. The interview locations can be checked on the below page….
3. Are there offline processes?
The Common Admissions 2025 process will be conducted OFFLINE at specific locations. Students from locations other than these centres will have to travel to any location to appear for the interview.

4. Can I schedule another interview if the initially assigned one is missed?
We encourage candidates to appear for the Personal Interview process on the selected date, however, If you missed an interview due to unforeseen circumstances, please email us at admissions@imt.edu
5. Is there any sectional cut-off while shortlisting applicants for the WAT-GD-PI?
No, there is no sectional cut-off for shortlisting applicants for the WAT-GD-PI process.
6. What documents are required for the verification process during admission?
You will receive an email from IMT Admissions with a list of documents to be produced during the verification process.
7. When will document verification take place?
Document verification will take place during the later stages of the admission process. You will be notified about the specific document submission requirements and deadlines.
8. How is the composite score for the final selection calculated?
The composite score for IMT Ghaziabad’s final selection includes academic performance, past academics, diversity, work experience, CT/PI performance, extracurriculars, and company-specific criteria. Each factor is weighed to determine the final selection offers.
9. Once assigned to any course, what are the chances of changing it to a preferred one?
There is no provision to change your course after admission.
10. What is the refund policy for fees paid, and what procedure is followed?
The college adheres to AICTE guidelines for refund policies. For further details, please refer to AICTE Refund Guidelines
12. Is there any management or Institutional quota for admissions at IMT Ghaziabad?
The admissions process at IMT is entirely merit-based, and there is no management or institutional quota.
13. Is it mandatory to stay on campus?
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management is a 2-year full-time residential programme. It is mandatory for all students to reside on campus.

1. What kind of accommodation is available for students?
Students are typically assigned double-sharing accommodation. However, a single accommodation, such as medical needs, may be provided in exceptional cases. All rooms have air conditioning, a study table, a chair, and cupboards.

3. When does the academic year begin?
The start date for the academic year can be found on our website. You will receive an email with a detailed academic schedule upon admission.It tentatively starts in June 2025.
