Brief Profile
With over 25 years of academic experience, I currently serve as Professor of Finance and Accounting and Dean Academics at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad. My teaching journey includes tenures at premier institutions such as IMT Ghaziabad and International Management Institute (IMI), New Delhi. Since 2014, I have also been associated as Visiting Faculty with Kufstein University of Applied Sciences, Austria.
I have presented research papers at various national and international conferences across several countries and have published extensively in peer-reviewed journals. My research interests span financial reporting, cost management, and corporate governance.
In addition to my academic engagements, I am a seasoned corporate trainer. I design and deliver in-house and open training programmes for both public and private sector organizations. My flagship training modules include Finance for Non-Finance Executives, Financial Statement Analysis for Decision Making, and Strategic Cost and Revenue Management.
