Brief Profile

Antara Banerjee completed her Ph.D. in Organizational Behaviour and Human Resource Management from the Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. She is also a certified practitioner of FIRO-B® and MBTI®.

Her research interests include interrole and interpersonal conflict, work-to-personal conflict, employee performance, organizational citizenship behaviour, work engagement, psychological contract, Green HRM, and the application of artificial intelligence and analytics in HRM. She has published several articles in reputed ABDC-ranked journals, including the International Journal of Conflict Management (ABDC A), Evidence-based HRM (ABDC B), and the Asia-Pacific Journal of Business Administration (ABDC B). She has also presented her work at leading international conferences such as the Annual British Academy of Management Conference, the European Academy of Management Conference, the Indian Academy of Management Conference, and the Pan IIM World Management Conference.

She has significant teaching assistantship experience at IIT Kharagpur across MBA and NPTEL courses. In addition, she holds a certification in Human Resources Analytics from the University of California, Irvine, and actively contributes to the academic community through peer reviewing for reputed journals, session chairing for the British Academy of Management 2025 Annual Conference, and professional memberships in the Academy of Management, British Academy of Management, and European Academy of Management.
