Dr. Divya is a mixed-methods researcher with over six years of experience spanning both industry and academia. She earned her Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Indore and subsequently served as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bath, United Kingdom.

Her research explores how structural inequalities are psychologically experienced, socially reproduced, and behaviorally enacted within and around contemporary organizations. Her scholarly contributions have been published in leading peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Economic Geography, The International Journal of Human Resource Management, and Journal of Knowledge Management.

In the classroom, Dr. Divya brings rich teaching experience across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, offering both core and elective courses in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management. Beyond teaching and research, she has actively contributed to academic administration and service through roles in student welfare, industry interface, conference organization, and peer review for national and international journals and conferences.
