Brief Profile

Dr. Akanksha Batra completed her Ph.D. in the year 2022 from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. Her research interests include Consumer Behavior, Social Influence, Social Networks, and Social Comparison. She has presented her work at reputable conferences across the spectrum and has a few years of experience under her belt. Dr. Batra received the best paper award at the 8th AIM-AMA Sheth Foundation Conference in 2020. She has the experience of teaching subjects such as Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, and Customer Relationship Management. She is a passionate teacher and enjoys using the Socratic method of inquiry to promote critical thinking in her classroom.
