The Placement office at IMTG engages with industry leaders throughout the year to create learning and networking opportunities for students, in the form of leadership talk, corporate competitions, short term projects and summer internships which finally culminate in creation of excellent job opportunities and life long relationships. The placement office also helps students to prepare for a shift from campus to corporate through industry sessions, mock group discussions and interviews with the help of corporate and alumni. Even in the time of the pandemic, IMTG was able to achieve 100% placements. In 2021 also the industry has shown faith in the quality of our students with an overwhelming response from companies spanning across various functions such as Consulting, Finance, Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Operations and HR. A plethora of new companies and startups also opened their niche profiles to leverage the talent pool at IMT-G. In just the first two weeks of placement season, more than 80% of IMT students got placed in the best of companies in India and abroad at enviable salary packages.
