Institute of Management Technology, Nagpur has again proved its mettle with its strong commitment and resilience during this placement season. Final Placements at IMT Nagpur has been a mark of hard work and persistence, where students have been recruited in some big and known names with excellent profiles and package to get a head start in their corporate journey. More than 100 companies participate in the placement process and appreciate the talent that IMT Nagpur nurtures over the period of two years. Bringing the efforts to fruition, the campus placement results here at IMT Nagpur are always been the best amongst the rest. To make the students placement ready they were rigorously trained on various aspects of the personality, communication and subject knowledge. Because of the robust training programs students could crack the interviews faster and the ratios of the students getting placed to number of companies was reduced.

The valuable learning experiences during summer internships also had set the tone for the placement season well. There were offers from names like Accenture, Aron Global Marico, Bain & Co., Goldman Sachs, CRISIL, Berger Paints, Deloitte, Bluestar, Schneider Electric, Cars24, Barclays, Xiaomi India, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, Nielsen IQ, Naukri.com, NoPaperForms, Verity Knowledge Solutions, Adani Wilmar, Khimji Ramdas, HCL Technologies and many more including both our regular recruiters and first-time recruiters. Many new names were also added in our recruiters list, some of them are Accenture, Arcesium India Private Limited, Cognizant, Capgemini, Oxane Partners, Marico, shaadi.com, Simplotel, Aron Global and so on. This year an international placement is a feather in the cap of IMT Nagpur’s Placements.

These companies have hired our students for several exciting industry roles with phenomenal potential for growth. While the highest domestic salary was INR 23.57 LPA, the average earning potential was INR 9.28 LPA. It is very interesting to note that students were picked for stellar roles in the best of industries. Marketing job profiles ranged from Territory Manager – Sales, Inside Sales Account Manager, and Associate Product Manager to Sales Trainee, Sales Specialist, Product Manager and Sales Trainee. Senior Manager – Risk Services / Partnerships, Associate Consultant, Analyst, Assistant Manager, and Senior Business Analyst were some of the profiles offered in Finance. Talent Acquisition Executive, HR trainee some of the profiles offered in HR and Analyst, Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst were some of the profiles offered in BA&IT.

Summer Internships is another area where IMT Nagpur never fails to offer cherishing learning experiences to students. The companies were diversely from different industries and domains, and were a combination of well-known start-ups and some big names. There were offers from names like CRISIL, Marico, ICICI Bank, Jio Creative Labs, PayU, The Money Roller and many more.
