Brief Profile

Dr. Surajit Bag is an Associate Professor at IMT Ghaziabad. He is also a Visiting Research Fellow at the Liverpool Business School, Liverpool John Moores University in the U.K. Dr. Surajit has published research work in ABDC-A* and A-ranked journals (Industrial Marketing Management, Journal of Business & Industrial Marketing and Journal of Business Research). Dr. Surajit Bag is a proud recipient of the “AIMS-IRMA Young Management Researcher Award 2016” for his significant contribution to management research. He is the recipient of the best “Doctoral Research Award 2020” from the University of Johannesburg. Dr. Surajit was listed in “World’s Top 2% Scientists”, a study released by Stanford University, based on 22 major fields and 172 subfields. He is an ad-hoc reviewer of the Journal of Business Research, Journal of Strategic Marketing, Psychology & Marketing, and International Journal of Information Management. He has edited special issues in ABDC-A and B-ranked journals. He is a professional member of the Association of International Business (AIB).

Research Interests

Dr. Surajit Bag’s substantive areas of interest include Industry 4.0, big data analytics, artificial intelligence applications in marketing and business sustainability. His expertise lies in the areas of multivariate data analysis techniques, mediation analysis, moderation analysis, and structural equation modelling. He is familiar with data analysis software such as WarpPLS, PLS-SEM, SPSS, and Python.
