Dr. Subhendu Patnaik has 15 years of industry experience and 3 years of teaching experience. Dr. Patnaik obtained MBA from Cardiff University, UK and PhD in Positive Organizational Behaviour. He has published papers in ABDC ‘A’ and ABS ‘3’ ranked journals. He has taught at the University of Pecs, Hungary and was holding “Sir Cary Cooper Professor of Organizational Psychology” and was the Chair of the Centre for Management Research (CMR) at the School of Business, Woxsen University. He has conducted training sessions for working executives from UNICAMP Universidade Estadual De Campinas, Brazil & Universidad Externado De, Colombia at Woxsen University and has also delivered training sessions for Odisha government officers at Gopabandhu Academy of Administration. Dr. Patnaik’s research interests revolve around understanding the effect of positive constructs (e.g., PsyCap, psychological ownership & grit) on work outcomes along with the examination of neurobiological markers. To uncover the phenomenon of interest, he uses a combination of experimental, daily-dairy studies, and mixed-method designs using both multi-level and longitudinal samples.
