In consultation with Mckinsey &Co, led the transformation of India Post through Project Arrow. Department received Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration. Implemented the Mail Network Optimisation Project in India Post, in consultation with Mckinsey & CO. Designed Activity Based Costing in consultation with PWC and TCS. Worked closely with all leading CONSULTANTS on various projects, such as : Setting of Payments Bank with Deloitte, digitizing operations in consultation with Accenture, Systems study in consultation with KPMG, etc.
Spearheaded the entry of Postal Life Insurance in financial markets – Set up Investment Division in Mumbai and started investment of Life Insurance fund in the financial market. ALSO Functioned as Chief Investment Officer for more than one year and invested substantial Life Insurance Fund in the financial market. Drafted new Post- Office Life Insurance Rules, 2010. Designed course and content of various development programmes for senior management levels such as Advanced Development Programme, Management Development Programme, and Executive development program.
