Worked in the areas of Business Relationship Management, Program Management, Operations, Information Technology, Human Resource Management, Organization Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Academic Interface Development, Account Management and General Management.

Took Leadership Roles in the New York based operations of TCS. Led Key Accounts of TCS such as Bank of New York based in New York City & GE Corporate based in Fairfield, Connecticut, US. Worked on behalf of TCS with Senator Hillary Clinton and opened and established a new office & training centre in New York State for TCS. Worked on development of academic relationship with the State University of New York (S.U.N.Y.) Interacted with the President, Provost and Senior Faculty of the State University of New York for developing academic relations between the University and TCS.

Involved in Academic administration, Financial Control, Budgeting, Operational Planning, Faculty & Staff Management and Deployment, International and National Accreditation, Quality Assurance Processes, Admissions Process, Marketing and Branding, Ranking, Industry Interface, Development of MDPs, and AICTE & NBA related compliances.
