Uday joined the academia almost two decades ago and since then has been contributing to teaching, research and consulting. He has taught at some of the top B-schools in the country. His research is published in the top-tier journals like Human Relations, a Financial Times 50 Journal and other leading outlets like the Journal of Knowledge Management, Personnel Review, Leadership and Organization Development Journal. Uday conducts high-impact management development programs for the top and middle-level managers representing diverse sectors along with retreats for the executive team. He has conducted faculty development programs for leading schools in India. Uday has consulted many public and private sector firms for HR restructuring, employee engagement, realigning performance management systems, development career structures, etc. He is an ad-hoc reviewer for many top journals and is on the editorial review board for some. He presents his research in the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management. His teaching includes courses on Career and Succession Management, HR in Mergers & Acquisitions, HR Analytics, and Learning and Development.
