Position Summary: Assessing students’ requirements with respect to mental health and well-being, facilitating the same through appropriate modes, including written content, counselling sessions, presentations, webinars, etc., that are deemed to be necessary or needed for the purpose.

–        Counselling Students on their health and well-being.

–        To help students with a range of challenging life issues and/or mental well-being

AGM – Placements – (more than 10 year)
Position Summary: The role involves corporate relations and placements, opportunity creation for full time positions and summer internships for full-time management students. Prospective candidate must have core b2b sales experience with strategic orientation, knowledge about top tier business school placements, extremely good in networking and relationship building, and have prior experience of working with targets and defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation – finding new companies, reaching out to companies for internship, final placement and other engagement activities, while maintaining student life cycle
• Developing and maintaining the database of corporates/placement POCs/CXOs/CHROs
• Network with senior professionals like CHROs, functional leaders, CXOs and create placement opportunities for students
• Plan and execute corporate outreach and campus recruitment process for full time positions and summer internships
• Plan and engage with corporates for campus engagement activities like leadership talks, live projects, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, etc.
• Convert new accounts through structured outreach plan, and deliver on individual targets
• Enhance Value of Placements through top brands coming on campus as recruiters on higher salary packages offered to students
• Create and nurture campus relations with prospective recruiters, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism
• Coordinate for competency building training/workshops and counselling of students and evaluation of their performance and make recommendations for personal growth
• Stay abreast of industry/economic developments in order to enhance the effectiveness of Outreach efforts
• Work with other key stakeholders including Alumni, Faculty, Administration, Marketing & Admissions teams to achieve larger institutional objectives
Required Skills:
• Dynamic and good network with industry, corporate & business houses that can help in placement of management students
• Experience of working with senior professionals in HR, functional leaders, CXOs, and must have rich track record of business negotiations and closing the deal
• Structured and analytical in approach while finding solutions to the problems faced
• Excellent in verbal and written communication, with hands on experience in Microsoft Excel, Power Point Presentation
• Understanding of the Indian Premier Business Schools landscape and career outcomes
• Ability to meet targets assigned with a keen eye on planning, managing and execution

Hostel Warden (Male)

Role & Responsibilities of Hostel Warden (Male)

  1. Residential Management:
    • Room Allocation and Maintenance: Ensure proper allocation of rooms to students and oversee maintenance and cleanliness standards.
    • Infrastructure and Facility Management: Supervise facilities such as bathrooms, common areas, and ensure they are well-maintained.
    • Safety and Security: Implement security protocols, conduct regular checks, and ensure the hostel premises are secure.
  2. Student Welfare and Support:
    • Counseling and Support: Provide support to students, listen to their concerns, and offer guidance or counseling when required.
    • Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts among students and facilitate resolution in a fair and unbiased manner.
    • Health and Well-being: Encourage and oversee the promotion of healthy living habits among students.
  3. Regulatory Compliance and Administration:
    • Rule Adherence: Ensure students comply with hostel regulations and disciplinary guidelines.
    • Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of students residing in the hostel, incident reports, and other necessary documentation.
    • Budgeting and Procurement: Assist in budget planning and manage hostel expenses efficiently.
  4. Communication and Coordination:
    • Communication Hub: Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration regarding hostel-related matters.
    • Coordination: Collaborate with other staff members, security personnel, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth hostel operations.
  5. Event Organization and Engagement:
    • Organize Events: Plan and execute engaging events or activities for students to promote community building and a positive hostel environment.
    • Student Engagement: Foster a sense of community among students through various activities or initiatives.
  6. Continuous Improvement and Feedback:
    • Feedback Mechanism: Establish a system for collecting feedback from students and staff to identify areas of improvement.
    • Process Enhancement: Continuously assess and refine hostel policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and student satisfaction.
