About the Program

The Post-Graduate Diploma in Management for Working Professionals (PGDM WE ), one of the oldest on campus weekend mode programs in the region, which was started by the Institute in 1981. An All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved, it is best suited for busy working professionals who are looking for a jump in their career but wish to complete their MBA without leaving their job. In addition to working executives, this program is also useful for entrepreneurs and professionals. The program is aimed at providing opportunities to working professionals to take up formal management education while pursuing their jobs in order to gain knowledge and build on management skills, and, to develop them into more effective managers in the industry. It intends to create managerial competencies in working professionals.
The PGDM Program for WEs is a 2 year program for participants who would like to pursue their management education while continuing to work. The program is a blend of offline sessions conducted every term, wherein the participants would visit the campus for 9-10 days, leading to 4 campus visits in 2 years, clubbed with online live sessions every alternate weekend as per need. The program offers an extremely robust architecture with a focus on workshops, self-paced courses, Harvard certificate courses, professional certification, track-based specializations, industry projects, and optional international immersion.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% marks (any discipline)
- 2 years of work experience after graduation
(1 year in case of Post -Graduation or those with professional qualification) - Test score in CAT 2019-22*, XAT 2020-22, GMAT (test taken between January 1 2018- December 31 2022)*, CMAT 2022, MAT 2022, ATMA 2022
*In case you are applying on the basis of CAT 2022 or GMAT (test taken post admission and by December 31 2022) admission to the program will be conditional, subject to submission of test scores by December 31 2022. You may submit unofficial scores for GMAT to us, in case you have taken the test closer to Dec 31 2022, subject to submitting official test scores by Jan 15 2023.
