Over 150 leading organizations enthusiastically participated in the summer internship recruitment process for the Class of 2023-25. This success results from our consistent engagement with top-tier companies and the strategic, robust processes we have implemented to ensure optimal outcomes for our students.

Our diverse array of recruiters spanned various sectors, with more than 80% of the offers coming from BFSI, Consumer Goods & Products, IT/ITES, Manufacturing & Engineering, Consulting, Internet Business, and Media & Advertising. Notably, this year saw 49% new recruiters, further expanding the opportunities available to our students.

Stellar Stipend Insights

Our students secured impressive stipends, reflecting the value and potential they bring to their internship roles. The highest stipend offered was a substantial 4.50 Lac for a two-month duration. The average stipend for the top 10% and 20% of the class stood at 2.74 Lac and 2.29 Lac, respectively.

Overall, the average stipend for the batch was 94k, with a median of 80k. It is noteworthy that the average stipend for female students surpassed their male counterparts by 46.5%, highlighting the increasing recognition of diversity and talent across genders.

Marketing roles offered the highest average stipend of 1,03,159 LPA, with the peak reaching 4,50,000 LPA. HR roles followed with an average of 98,182 LPA and a highest stipend of 2,40,000 LPA. Finance roles had an average stipend of 78,028 LPA, with the highest at 2,00,000 LPA. BFS roles had an average of 72,098 LPA, with the highest at 2,00,000 LPA. Operations roles had an average stipend of 67,143 LPA, with the highest at 1,50,000 LPA.

BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance)

The BFSI sector continued to lead in terms of the number of offers, with prominent organizations such as D.E Shaw, BNY Mellon, Goldman Sachs, CRISIL, Piramal Capital & Housing Finance, Nuvama Wealth, Aditya Birla Capital, Kotak Mahindra Life, HDFC Bank, HSBC, ICICI Bank, YES Bank, Tata Capital, Macquarie, and NatWest actively participating. The average stipend in this sector was 72,098 LPA, with the highest reaching 2,00,000 LPA.

Consumer Goods & Products

The Consumer Goods & Products sector remains highly coveted on campus. Leading firms such as Britannia Industries, Bajaj Consumer Care, Himalaya Wellness, Olam Agri, Emami, Dabur, GSK, Marico, McCain Foods, Mondelez, Nivea, Pernod Ricard, Reckitt, Tata Consumer Products, Asian Paints, Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting, YUM! Brands, Havells, Heritage Foods, and Hygienic Research Institute were among the recruiters.

IT/ITES

The IT/ITES sector saw participation from prestigious firms such as Microsoft, Wipro Technologies, Genpact, QualityKiosk, Adobe, Cisco, Dell Technologies, Hexaware, and Pine Labs, to name a few.

Manufacturing & Engineering

In the Manufacturing & Engineering sector, companies like Larsen & Toubro, Cummins, SKF India, V-Guard Industries, Vedanta, Adani Energy, and UltraTech Cement participated, offering substantial opportunities for our students.

Consulting

The Consulting space witnessed the involvement of renowned firms such as Axtria, Deloitte, Gartner, Healthark Insights, Kroll, Positive Moves, Stanton Chase, and Thomas International.

Internet Business, Retail, Automobile, and Logistics & Supply Chain

These sectors saw recruiters such as Amazon, Blu-Smart Mobility, Droom, Ninjakart, Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail, Vedant Fashion, Continental India, Hero MotoCorp, A.P. Moller Maersk, and Tata NYK.

Conglomerate, Pharma & Healthcare, and Energy
