IMT Ghaziabad has achieved yet another milestone with the launch of its AICTE approved Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) in 2019. The Fellow Programme in Management at IMT Ghaziabad is a doctoral program designed for students, working executives & academicians with strong academic orientation to undertake rigorous and original research. The program is meant for young and bright candidates who are aspiring to take up scholarly and research-oriented roles in academia and organizations. IMT-G offers attractive financial assistance of INR 60,000 per month to enable the candidates to undertake the doctoral program with ease. The scholars are offered free accommodation on campus as well. The FPM is a four-year program with a possibility of extension of one more year, as required. The candidates would be expected to undergo a rigorous research journey under the mentorship of its expert faculty at IMT-G.

The FPM course work comprises a unique blend of doctoral-level and management courses, equipping the scholar with necessary perspective building, academic orientation, and research skills. A few highlights of the course work are – doctoral-level courses in the first year of the program, focus on research courses, a high number of area-level core and elective courses for doctoral students, and courses on pedagogies and developing research papers. The program provides ample opportunities to the scholars to undertake research and teaching assistantship with the professors. Moreover, the scholars are encouraged and supported to attend and present papers in national and international conferences of repute. Such prospects motivate the scholars to develop and fine-tune their research ideas besides getting a chance to contribute academically.
