About the FPM Program

IMT Ghaziabad

The Fellow Program in Management (FPM) at IMT Ghaziabad is a full-time, residential doctoral program focused on creating intellectual capital through high-quality research. The program prepares scholars for academic careers, research roles in industry, and thought leadership positions.

The FPM emphasizes doctoral coursework, research methodology, close faculty mentorship, and sustained engagement with contemporary management and social science research.

ELIGIBILITY, SELECTION PROCESS AND ADMISSION CYCLES

Eligibility criteria

  • Minimum 60% marks in 10th, 12th, and Bachelor’s degree
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in any discipline (minimum 60%)
  • OR
  • Five-year integrated Master’s Degree Program in any discipline (minimum 60%)
  • OR
  • Graduate degree with a minimum of 60% marks and a professional qualification like CA, CMA, CS, with at least 50% marks
  • Test scores of CAT/GMAT/GRE/GATE/UGC-NET/JRF
  • ECAT/XAT/GMAT/GRE- (Last 5-year scores would be considered (June 1, 2021 - May 31, 2026)
  • ENET/UGC Exam taken from the year 2024 onwards would be considered valid

 NOTE :

  • Candidates applying to FPM program should not exceed 45 years of age on March 31, 2026.
  • Candidates who are in final year of master’s program will be allowed to join the program provisionally subject to the submission of certificate issued on or before September 30,2026.
