IMT-G creates a sensation!

Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice; it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.-- William Jennings Bryan

Ashish Kapoor and Abhinav Grandhi proved that William Jennings’s words could not have been truer by winning TATA MOTORS MindRover season-III and bagging PPI’s from the Indian automobile giant in their very first year of PGDM.

This season of MindRover received 2200 registrations from top 50 B-Schools across the country. The eighteen page case from TATA MOTORS questioned various strategies that could be adopted to increase profitability and improve market share across various segments of commercial vehicles. After the initial submission round, the top five teams were shortlisted and got the opportunity to travel to Mumbai. The teams presented their solutions in front of the six member jury which comprised various business heads of the company. The judging parameters were novelty of the idea, its impact, feasibility, and clarity of the concept plan.

Team Prowess from IMT Ghaziabad had researched extensively to identify lacunas and provide necessary strategies to counter the issues. The jury appreciated the in depth-research done by the team as it built a sound foundation for their idea.

Abhinav and Ashish wholeheartedly thank their family, faculty and friends for the enormous amount of support and guidance they received which made this win possible.
