Executive Learning Development (ELD) Programmes developed by IMT Ghaziabad, give businesses and its managers unique opportunities to learn and incorporate the latest developments in the world of management. Resources or faculty teaching the ELDs at IMT Ghaziabad are from everywhere on earth, literally, giving the programmes unique international depth. For a particular programme faculty could be from Indian academia, the corporate world and/or institutions in USA and Europe.

IMT Ghaziabad has conceptualized the programmes in such a way that when a person goes back to his work after attending a programme, he carries with him the vital concepts to support his experience, and a wholesome experience that he can apply into his work.

In sync with the customized tag, duration of the programmes is flexible. Generally it is for three to five days. This again depends on client requirement. In several developed countries like the US, the industry provides academia with data they collect. Academicians then conduct in-depth research on it and revert to the industry with their findings. In India, while Industry provides academia with data, organizations never really get benefitted because institutes very rarely share their research findings. At IMT our professors are known for research and that research is shared with the industry with the help of these ELDs.
