Chain Management has been established in response to the need felt for ensuring
sustained competitiveness of Indian industry in this rapidly globalising economy.
The Centre has been set up by the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad,
India on Supply Chain for Global Competitiveness in which issues related to supply
chain strategy, best practices, customer centricity, partnership, inventory management,
and information management would be highlighted and deliberated upon with the support
of industry and academic community across the globe.
