Dr. Santanu Roy is currently serving as a Professor and Area Chairperson, Operations Management Area, and Editor, Paradigm (International Management Journal)  at the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad, India. Prior to joining IMT, he was an Associate Professor at Vinod Gupta School of Management (VGSOM), IIT Kharagpur. Dr. Roy had earlier served as a Senior Scientist (Scientist F) in National Institute of Science, Technology and Development Studies (NISTADS, a constituent establishment of CSIR), New Delhi. He has more than 26 years of experience in research, consultancy and teaching.
