Dr. Rashmi Kumar Aggarwal is a Ph.D. In the area of Medical Patent Law from Panjab University, Chandigarh. She has also done her LL.M. (International Law), LL.B. and B.Sc. From the same University. An ardent researcher, Rashmi has published many articles, case studies and book reviews at national and international journals. She has been a practicing Advocate in the Panjab and Haryana High Court and Supreme Court of India for three years. She has been associated with Institute of Management and Research, Ghaziabad and Amity Business School, Noida in the area of Legal Business Studies, Labour Laws, Industrial relations, WTO and its impact on the Indian Legislations, Intellectual Property Rights, Compensation Management and Retention and Business Communication.
