Bikram Jit Rishi

Dr. Bikramjit Rishi has an MBA and Ph. D. He has taught marketing courses in many Management Institutes in National Capital Region. He has also delivered lectures on group discussion and interview preparation in various management institutes in Delhi. At present, he is working as Assistant Professor in IMT, Ghaziabad. He has publications in national and international journals of repute which include International Journal of Indian Culture and Business Management, International Journal of Business Innovation and Research, International Journal of Business Information Systems, Asia Pacific Business Review, Management & Change, Journal of Marketing & Communication, Journal of Advances in Management Research. He has also participated in various national and international seminars and conferences. He was the founder editor of IMS – Manthan a bi annual referred research journal. He has conducted many Management Development Programmes for public as well as private sector in the area of internal customer Sensitization, Customer Centricity, Consumer Behaviour and Research for decision making. His areas of interest include marketing management, consumer behaviour, marketing research and marketing information systems.
