Dr. Kodwani Amitabh Deo has a Masters in Personnel Management from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, a Post-Graduate diploma in Personnel Management and Labour Welfare from Barkatullah University, Bhopal, and a Ph D from Barkatullah University, Bhopal. He has also attended a FDP from at IIM, Ahmedabad. He has previously worked for ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad, Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies, Harihar, Institute of Professional Education and Research, Bopal, Gajra Bevel Gears Limited, Dewas His areas of interest are Training and Development, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations. He has published about 16 papers in various national and International journals of repute. He has edited two books; one on Training Evaluation and ROI and other on Global Human Resource Management. He is chairman, Research & Doctoral Programme.
