About Erasmus

EMECW - Lot 11 is a project in the framework of the Erasmus Mundus External Cooperation Window(EMECW), a scholarship programme set up and finance by the European Commission.

Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Brussels, Belgium) took the lead in a consortium of 20 institutions for higher education, 11 in Europe and 9 in the so-called Lot11 (Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan). With a budget of € 4999200,it is proposed to give 240 students and researchers the possibility to travel from Lot 11 to Europe, or vice versa! IMT has recently become a signatory of the project under Lot11.
